Whether you know exactly what you want or have no idea where to begin, a consultation is the right first step. We will look at your skin properly, listen to what matters to you, and explain your options honestly.

In-person consultation · £25

At our Chester clinic, 49 Watergate Row, or in Mold on Tuesdays. Includes skin analysis and a personalised treatment plan with clear costs. £25, redeemable against treatment booked from your plan.

Video consultation · free

A good first step if you are further away, short on time, or simply want to talk things through from home. We will discuss your concerns and suitability, then arrange an in-person assessment before any treatment.

What happens next

You leave with a written plan, usually with two routes: a complete plan and a gentler start. You can book on the day or take time to think. We will never pressure you.

Before you book

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking medication, or have had recent treatments or sun exposure, please tell us when you come in. Please do not send medical details through the enquiry form.

Chester: 49 Watergate Row, Chester CH1 2LB. Wednesday to Friday, 9.30am to 5.30pm. Weekend appointments by enquiry.

Mold: The Square, Mercia Drive, Mynydd Isa, Mold CH7 6UY. Tuesdays. All treatments except CO2 laser, which is offered in Chester only.
