Clinical records

Health information you share at consultation and treatment is recorded in a secure clinical records system and used only to provide safe care. It is never collected through this website.

Only with service providers that help us run the business, such as our website host, booking and payment providers and our clinical records system, or where the law requires. We never sell your information.

How long we keep it

Website enquiries are kept for up to 12 months unless you become a client. Client records are kept for as long as clinical and legal requirements need.
